Like Kinger said, the basics are there but you build the character the way you like. With the Wizard for instance you can build it so you have really good dps but low survivability (ie don't get hit!), you can spec for kiting or damage reduction. I think CM in popular at later lvls but I'm only lvl 19..

It's a great game although I am getting a little frustrated because since I've hit level 13 I seem to just be dieing...a lot! I have hardly died at all till this point.

I am a barbarian and as soon as I get a group of enemies I just seem to die...almost instantly! Grrrr

I think I am missing something or doing something wrong :/ Are there any good walkthrough/guides to make sure my stats etc are ok at this level and check I've not missed anything? All the guides I find via google are for surviving/farming nightmare mode etc

What level of difficulty are you on shador?
I cant remember what barbs get access to early on but it sounds like youre playing on a higher difficulty than the gear/skills you have.
There are hikes in how hard the game is if gear is poor etc

It's my first play through and just on "normal" setting. I am pretty confident that my stats and equipment are ok, perhaps I'm just useless at it lol

Really enjoying this now, I hit lvl 36 yesterday and the wizard is so much fun.

Is there any news on the PS4 version and if it will be possible to keep the same characters? really hope so as I think this will keep me interested for a while.

I know I'm a little late to the party on this but is anyone still playing on the PS3? wouldn't mind adding to the friends list for when I need some help on the harder lvls

This is a dumb question... but what are glass stars (or whatever they are called) for - I have a monk, I equipped it and am I meant to notice some difference in something?

Glass stars? Never heard... do you mean the gems that you put into sockets?

Also, I believe they should change the lock target to 'change target' (like tab targeting) so you can hop to the right monster and then it stays on it.

Good news about the AH it ruined the game on the PC and probably another reason I am enjoying the PS3 more. I hope to get my Wizzard to 60 this weekend but have a feeling I'm going to die a lot on inferno

I got to lvl 60 and working my way through act 3 of inferno, much fun!

Does anyone have any spare Legendry 60 gear for a Wizard they don't want and could trade?? I don't have much to trade but had a couple of 2H swords drop that I prefer not to use on a wizard.

Like most games these days it's through match making. You can choose to play with friends only as well. It's very different from Diablo II, entering Duel 1 or Baal Run XX.
