Sacred 2 is pretty good fun - there's quite a lot of character customisation and a wealth of armour and weapons. It's also available cheap.

Dragon Age Origins is probably the best dungeon crawler, although it's 3rd person not top down view. The Ultimate edition has just come out with £70 odd of DLC included.

I think Torchlight is ment to be coming out on console so keep an eye out for that.

Dragon Age is not a loot collecting dungeon crawler.

There is far too much dialogue and walking from place to place to satisfy that urge.

OK, technically it's not a dungeon crawler, but I'd argue there's more than enough obsessive loot collecting to satisfy. Plus it's a brilliant game.
