Go to www.diablo3.com/guest

Create a battle.net account or log in if you already have one.

Enter your guest pass key into the field provided.

Download the free client.

btw.. Turn off "Enable peer to peer transfer" in the download preferences and enable "Don't throttle background download" and it should max your internet bandwidth.
