Hi,

My Corsair TX 650W popped a while ago and I've just got a replacement, after fitting it however I've hit a major problem.

The computer now starts (the fans, etc.) but there are no beeps, nothing displays on the screen(s) and it doesn't boot (even things like the fans stay full speed).

The light on the motherboard is green... but that's about it. Any help on what I can try would be greatly appreciated, I don't have access to any spare parts though unfortunately. Thanks.

Bad Ram

Iv had this happen to me twice. Its usually the RAM, turn of the pc, open it up and take out you ram stick(s) give them a clean and a wipe and put them back in.

Thank you! I must have knocked one of the RAM sticks while putting in one of the cables. I didn't realise having one stick not quite in properly would cause all that :o.

Took out one of the sticks, put it back, now it works perfect :)
