Diagnostics Software

Can anyone recommend any diagnostics software that will boot from CD and be independant from the OS?

I have a quad opteron machine here running RHEL3 that seems to have a hardware problem. Can anyone suggest any diagnostic programs that I can use to test the hardware that boot from CD?

Already tried memtest86+, but am now looking for something else that tests more than just the memory.

Hiren's Bootcd is pretty good, full of tests that run from a cd, I just can't find a place to download it apart from torrant sites, think its only about 50mb to.

Do you know if it supports the latest CPU's etc?

Well some of the tests run fine on my A64 Winnie, it has so many that don't think you will everget through them all anyway.
