Diagonal lines on RGB cube

I bought a 2nd hand cube, which came with what I assume is an RGB scart. The problem I'm having is I've got diagonal lines, similar to what you'd expect with a poorly tuned TV channel, )or on a console when the RF switch wasn't on :) ). It's usable, but stands out on certain games. Is it possible it's not an offical Ninty cable? Does it say Nintendo on the real ones? Don't want to get another scart if it's going to be the same. Component would be my preferred connection, but they're so hard to fine.

TV is a Sammy LCD btw.

Cheers

my official av cable has the nintendo logo in black on the top of the plug that goes into the back of the cube, other than that i can't help you much I'm afraid :(

Mine is the same.

I initially bought a generic scart connector with audio outputs to connect to my AV amp, but the official RGB scart blows it away on picture quality.
