ARGH!
Used them for the first time and my new phone was meant to be coming today. I used the Royal Mail track & trace and it says the item is being returned to sender. So initially i'm annoyed with Royal Mail and try and call up them but their customer service number is so useless to be able to speak to anybody as it's all automated.
Finally spoke to someone and they said RM couldn't make out the address and right enough on the dial a phone website they have my delivery address as just Edinburgh then my post code even though the dialaphone e-mail has my full address.
To make matters more awkward i'm moving out of this flat over the weekend and i'm heading back to Ireland for a week next week too. AH!!!!
Guess i'll wait and see what dialaphone says.
