Dialaphone

hi guys and girls.

has anyone here used dialaphone.com to buy a mobile phone from??

i ask because they denied me a phone when using my mothers cred card (altho i used my email address so i take it they thought i was blagging) and then i tried again last night with my new cred card and selected £5 next day delivery before noon guaranteed and what do you know, no phone still.

anyone had any experience with them?

the only customer service they offer is an F.A.Q bt they do have a sales phoneline which i'm thinking of ringing and hoping to speak to someone about it.

used them a couple of times, and both times the phone came when they said it would!! no problems for me!

got my first mobile from em, no issues here but I like to go into shops and beat the clerk into submission.
love walking out of a shop with more cash than I started with

im on hold at the moment, i will kill them should they screw me around again, even there website is stupid, and gabrielle (sp) as the hold music is bent

Your phone proberly hasn't arrived because there doing credit checks etc. Also there is proberly something in the small print that you have to order before 3pm (sometimes 12 noon or 6pm) for it to be delivered next day.

i ordered before 1am which is there cut off time so theres no excuse, the email states that it WILL arrive before noon for deffinate, they lived, i will kill them all
