dialup log-in pop -up

I have an annoying problem with a dialup log-in box appearing on a programme when I go to upload something even tho I am already connected by b/band.
The dialup box is blank & I have no dialup accounts. I can't figure how to stop this, it doesn't always happen but today its every time. any ideas ? :confused:

could be spyware... details seem a bit vague. more information would be helpfull. also check that you dont have anything running/installed that you shouldn't have.

Hijackthis, adaware, spybot search and destroy ight be able to help.

Tools > Internet Options > Connections > Never Dial A Connection (Check)

all items above are greyed out, presumably because there are no dialup accounts. the program I am using is a Vcom website builder, might be just a bug in this software.
