Diary / Job Apps

I run a small business with my wife but sometimes she will quote jobs and sometimes I will, were starting to get to the point where we are accidently double booking customers or missing jobs till the last minute then need to try fit them in.
We both have diary's and usually go through them all the time but with getting so busy it take up a lot of time constantly comparing. Are there any apps we could use a diary where we can both have it on our phones ( android and apple) update it throughout the week and both be able to log on and see any live changes?

So say my wife books a job in for the Monday and I'm looking I can see that the day is taken already.

First port of call for me would be Google calendar, I'm not sure of the exact functionality in terms of how it might or might not tie in with your use case but sharing with multiple people is possible. It likely depends on what ecosystem you're primarily working with at the moment/are comfortable with.

Do you use O365? (or 'Microsoft 365' as it's now called) If you don't already, a shared mailbox and calendar would probably do the trick.

Alternatively if you want more features, I hear a lot of chatter about Tradify being used by a lot of trades and being great for invoicing and sharing job sheets with a team etc. Maybe have a look at using the trial and see if it suits your needs.

I've looked into all above options and gave them a little test, looks like Google calender would work the best for us thanks. Updates instantly between devices. Just need to figure out if there are anyway to change the look of it
