Diary style software (iOS)

After a bit of note taking/diary software, currently in work use a paper A5 day per page diary that write notes in from meetings that day so easy to keep track of things.

I am after doing the same with my iPad Pro with the pencil, but struggling to find any software that replicates the pen/paper version

Does anyone have any suggestions on software can use?

I use one OneNote, Evernote is good too.

I have OneNote and do use it for project meetings, but doesn't seem to have the same flow as a paper diary
