Dictionary

I’m trying to find a free electronic English dictionary preferably in database format (Access, MS SQL, Oracle etc…) or possibly XML/CSV. I can remember searching high and low in the past with limit success. I don’t need word definitions thought it would be nice. Just a comprehensive list of valid words would be great, any help much appreciated.

For anyone else that's intrested the 12Dicts package is very usefull.
