Did anyone have a damaged CD replaced ?

My Oblivion DVD has a huge Crack coming from the inner ring of the DVD. - my drive doesn't read it anymore.

Has anyone ever had this problem before?/ tried to get a replacement from the customer support ?

What else could I do ?

The game was bought a month ago so I can't return it to the shop....

Return it to the shop, they should replace it proviing you have proff of purchase.

Its happened to me a few time ever since the change to DVD style cases from those huge boxes.

Its quite common imo. When you get your next one be careful with it.

email the games company. They'll will generally send you a new one..

I miss the big boxes, made your £35-£40 purchase feel like a big box of goodies.
