Did I do wrong buying a Asus laptop

My thought was to go over to a laptop from a desktop setup but sadly it isn't for me.

I purchased what I thought was a pretty good spec laptop, Asus tuff 16" advantage 2023, r9 7940hs, 7600s 8gb gpu, 16 ddr5, qhd+ screen

Anyway to shift it I have dropped it under £300 what i paid and it is only 9 days old but it just won't sell???

Is it the brand or the spec I have made a mistake with? I'll end up keeping it at this rate..

I did call them but was told if it was used in anyway it couldn't be returned unless faulty.
