My first laptop :)
I think I got a good deal, looked at the outlet etc but everywhere was expensive for this sort of spec.
 
If memory serves that was around the £1100 mark quite recently as I had a good look at that exact spec before I picked up my HP of near identical spec :) (but with a 16" full hd screen).

So yes I'd say you got a very nice deal!
