At the risk of getting flattened again, perhaps he was referring to the original saab turbo vs the 911 turbo of that day?

the original Saab was either a 900 or a 99 ( i can't remember which).
either way the Porka would flatten it, the only way any ordinary car would stand a chance would be some form of in gear roll-on times...much like TG showed with the Lancer FQ400.

Not that it would make to much difference to the results Mr Keats has calculated but the 02 95 manual Aero has more "max" torque than he is quoting
