Didn't get a Sound Card - options now?

Hi all,

When I was purchasing my new system I, for some reason, did not opt for a sound card.

I've read some vague stuff online about some headsets having inbuilt sound cards etc.

Can anyone recommend some models of headsets that have this ability?

Would I just be better getting a sound card and working from there?

USB headsets have built in sound processing. You could get a sound card if you are looking at getting an analogue headset, but it probably depends on how much you are looking to spend; onboard audio is fine for cheaper headsets.

You will probably find your motherboard's onboard audio is sufficient.

Ordered a half decent set of headphones and will give them a try.
