Hey, i bought the titan onyx
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FS-025-OP
4 months ago and didnt have a chance to open the case and check if everything is like i ordered so i know its late for this but if you look at the product it clearly states that it is supplied with the H70 CPU cooler and when i check inside my computer i have the xigmatek cpu cooler

This is an image showing the fan inside my computer, so any suggestions why i was given this instead of the H70??

you'd be far better off posting in the customer support section. also, look at your e-receipt and see if there is any mention of the change on there

I would ring OCUK tomorrow. Do you have a confirmation e-mail that says you ordered H70?

I didnt order the H70 because in the description and full specification it stated that it is supplied with the H70 and in my order history there isnt a breakdown of components only the full system name.

Edit i just checked my invoice and it says that it came with the xigmatek dark knight cpu cooler but im pretty sure four months ago the H70 was supplied with the titan onyx.

Was the H70 CPU cooler part of the specifications at the time of purchase OR, are you referring to the present day advertised specifications, which may have changed since purchase ?

Edit: just read your post!

Yes im referring to the specifications at the day of purchase which im pretty sure said that it is supplied with the H70. Eh sadly you cant see the breakdown of the components in the system in my order history online.

suppose you dont have the physical receipt still alying round? it should show a full breakdown of the parts? all that said you'd be best just giving them a call or dropping them a webnote

ah fair enough, well i cant remember when the h70 was actually released, but anywhoooo, i'd definitely be getting in touch with OcUK. they'll sort you out no problem, i'm sure

Anyway i think i know why this happened , i looked at "this week only" threads with the titan onyx and for each week the titan onyx had a different component to explain this further when i planned to buy this computer it might have had the h70 however i ordered the computer 1-2 weeks after which might have had the cooler changed and i didnt check the full specification on the day of the order , so partially its my own fault. Well sorry for bothering anyone as well as thank you for your time and replying.

no problem, i'd still drop OcUK a webnote just to get them to confirm, and also to get the game code you didnt receive with your gpu
