didn't realise (360)

My bro show'd me the front of his 360 and said that the premium comes with a silver disk drive and the core comes with a white, I neve rrealsied this.

Thing is I thin kI would like a pure white one as opposed to the silver one.

What about you guys? white or silver?

Well I have the premium one so I'm stuck with the chrome one which I'm perfectly happy with.

i have premium but sis has a core made up to a full premium ant tbh i prefer how hers looks (white)

yeah the all white is just toooooo much white, like Nismo said it breaks it up nice. Although i think with the right cover/cover skin the white might suit it better, like the E3 launch face plate, like nismo's sig, i think that would look better on an all white front.

Hehe, its just a vinyl for the faceplate, only cost about £5

No way I would have got the proper E3 faceplate, so this had to do as its the only design I like.

The top and bottom covers are also a different colour as the core's are grey and the premium's are metallic grey. Also the hard drives are colour coded to match and I prefer the premium's metallic grey hdd.

Core's look ok white but as soon as you put a new face plate on them they look silly and the premiums pull off the face plate change so much better.

Admittedly I can be a bit impatient with these sorts of things, but after taking it off a couple of times it is now lined up perfectly on the faceplate, couldn't really be put on any better. Other people might find it a lot easier.

Only thing is, if you notice, there is no vinyl around the power button and there should be. That bit was too hard for me to line up with the rest, so I just binned it
