I'm looking to bulk up a bit, and I can't really imagine how much I'd need to be eating to be getting the required amount of calories.
For reference, I'm 62kgs, 5'11" and an ectomorph.
Here's an example of a typical day's diet atm:-
Breakfast - Jordan's Fruit Muesli w/banana
Lunch - Grilled Chicken breast, feta, mixed vegetables and potatoes
Dinner - Beef and carrot stew and potatoes
Supper - Banana before bed
According to FitDay.com that's only 1350 calories a day and seeing as I should be aiming to hit 2500-3000 calories a day I really can't imagine how much more I should be eating (or how I'll manage it!).
Any chance someone else on a 2500+ calorie diet could post me an example of their diet?
