Far far away....
I'll cut to the chase; Im a bit of a fat porker at the minute.

For the past two years i have been a full time house dad, not been to the gym, other than run around after my little girl I haven't done any exercise.

My diet hasn't been great either bascically grabbing what i could when i could in the early months. i would hate to think how much coke, chocolateand crisps i have got through! (My daughter has always eaten really well, loads of fruit and veg and fresh fish!!)

Getting to the gym is difficult inthe week because my wife works away or gets home late so its not fair to leave her with baby when she is tired etc.

I can do the gym at the weekend no problem.

As for diet I have cut out coke, white bread, sweets, crisps and subbed it for fruit brown bread and water.

What else would you all suggest.

Thanks !

just eat Mediterranean foods, mainly fish and salad and only drink mineral water. You can eat rice for carbohydrates, and pasta maybe once a week. Eat fruit in between meals. If you can't be bothered to go to the gym during the week, maybe buy a couple of machines for the house, or go the park and do some jogging you fatty.
Do not drink coke, eat chocolate, crisps or other ****.
