yes that is right, you are hearing me asking for diet help. This year I am off the meal plan so am unable to eat like a haus 24/7. As a result I weighed in yesterday at wait for it......204lbs. That means I've dropped 20lbs in just over 6 weeks which is quite frankly pathetic. My schedule is pretty tough right now so it's hard to get food constantly, as an idea this is what it looks like:

8am - wake up
2 toasts
9am - class
10am break at school (no food)
1pm - practice
4pm - home
eat toast
5pm - lifting
7pm - 1 baked potato and 1 chicken breast.

As we can see I am probably getting about 1000 calories a day which for someone my size is just ridiculous.

So i ask you ocuk make me a diet that will work with this schedule and is easy to cook!

The first thing I would recommend is making protein/oat shakes with milk - they're easy and come in at around 600-700 cals a pop.

Why aren't you eating anything on your break? Also your breakfast looks pretty weak, whats the reason for that?

I'm not eating anything on the break largely because I dont have a clue what I could eat, i might start making peanut butter sandwhiches or making a couple of fried potato slices to bring.

as for breakfast it's just because I am usually in a rush in the morning and toast is easy.

also, Is it possible to boil 50 eggs and keep them in the refridgerator until i want to use them or would they go bad.

Mate, what I do is buy 6 large chicken breasts and cook them all together on the Foreman Grill, let them cool and whack them in the fridge. Then just take a couple with me where ever I know I'll be gone for a few hours.
Also, Cinnamon & raisin bagels with fat free creme cheese!! taste awesome and 18g protein!!
That sucks you dropped so much weight!

Morning breakfast - just go for a cytogainer bro ;)
