My partner has just started doing Weightwatchers this week, she works shifts, one week dayshift, the next nightshift.

She isn't sure whether it wil effect her weightloss eating through the night every other week.

Would it be best for her to have a meal when she wakes up off nightshift and just have light snacks if she's hungry through the night, or continue to have a meal at work through the night like she's always done?

As long as she's not eating right before bed just treat it like your regular eating habits. Eg. first meal say 7/8am, last meal 6/7PM. So in her case first meal around 6/7pm and last meal an hour or two before she hits the hay. Depends how soon before work she gets up!
