Guys, I'm starting on a low calorie and high protein diet, with the intention of weight loss in the end. So far, I've lost 3.7lb in 5 days which I don't think is too bad!
However, the meals I'm eating are pretty boring, and I don't think I can keep this up for as long as I'd like... Any ideas for simple, but fairly healthy dinner meals?
Also need some inspiration for lunchtime... I work in retail and have access to a huge supermarket, boiling water, a microwave, and a knife, fork and spoon... Gogogo!
