What is the difference between.

Intel Core i7-4770K and 4771K - Which one is better as prices are similar.

I am a person who does not intend to overclock.

There is no 4771K .. "k" are processers unlocked for overclocking

4770 - 3.40 GHz (Turbo Mode 3.90GHz)
4771 - 3.50 GHz (Turbo Mode 3.90GHz)
4770K - 3.50 GHz (Turbo Mode 3.90GHz)

4771 is just a 100MHz bump up from the 4770... if you really never intend to overclock go for the 4771

K are overclocking processors so going for a K is waste of money if you adverse to overclocking.

The 4770 seems your best bet as they all have the same turbo mode.. Turbo is not really overclocking.

Would go for the 'k' as even if you do not intend to clock now :-

You may one day ; and

the 'k' will be easier to sell come upgrade day

:)
