and

Intel Core i7 4770K, 1150

Nothing - it's the same chip. Socket is referred to as LGA1150, or S1150 or just plain old 1150, it's just different ways of saying the same thing.
 
Make sure you buy the board and RAM to go with it, but other than that - it's a huge upgrade and should be night and day performance increase.
