Difference between 6800ultra pci-e and 6800ultra agp.

Hi I was just wondering if there are any difference between the agp and pci-e versions of the 6800 ultra cards?
Do the pci-e cards run cooler because of a different core or lower volts etc?
 
AGP slot cant feed as much power as PCI-E so the AGP 6800Ultra has 2 molex's, 1 for additional power to card and 1 for powering the cooling fan.
