Difference between an atcs 110 and 111?

AS title, what is/are the differences between these two cases?
Oooo..... and I might be getting me old 201 back from me brother in law,

The 110 is a larger case in the sense it's deeper front to back.

It's also slightly taller due to an extra internal 3.5" bay and as such the front grill on a 110 is in a slightly different possition to that of the 111 and the 110 has a sloted louvre top blow hole where as the 111 has a mesh top blow hole

Cheers for that. I assume the 111 comes in aluminium or black and is made entirely of aluminium like the 110?

Yup; there basically the 201 chassis with the 110 front on, or its how I look at it

If you google the 110 you will come up with some pictures of the 111-BTX, I'm not 100% sure but i don't think there was a black version of the 110 released on general sale.

As for the 111 coming in Alu or black, yes thats correct - however they are now discontinued, and the black version is very much rarer than the Alu one

Coolermaster only made 5 black 110's as far as I know, they still have one but they want silly money for it.

I know Im going to get mega flamed for this, but I dont like the look of those cases.

201B to me is the best looking out of the ATC series

Each to their own Noni, i'm not overly keen on the door myself, and as an Alu fan the 201-BTX doesn't do a huge amount for me

Looks wise the door is superb, keeps the front nice and clean and everything is in proportion going by some design convention that I can never remember.

For functionality, it is a pain in the bum, you have to open it to change CD's, which I do not do often but it is still annoying.

Looks wise they can not be beaten in my eyes, anything past or present does not touch the 110. In the right light, the way the case shines and just really quality speaks for itself.

The 110/111 is nice, but I hate doors and it just to me does not look special enough. The 201B has the chrome ring around the switch and stuff which makes me happy!

Ooh I love those Black Widow's. They absolutely rock!

Does anybody else with a black CM case seem to have black felt tip on the inside side of the side panels? I've just been cleaning my case and noticed that there's quite a lot of black marker. I've cleaned the black marker away and there are some white marks there and bits that are scratched. Is this normal?

i used to own a black "praetorian", no real difference between that and a black widow that I could make out other than the piano black finish and different fans I believe. I sold it to "nokkonwud" here, wish I'd kept it now, BUT, like I said, I'm looking to geeting my old 201 back from me brother in law hopefully. All I've got to do is find a reason for him to change it

Ocuk about 18-24 months ago when they had them for sale. Black it was/is, stunning looker too, reaslly wish I hadn't sold it. Still, like I say, all I need is reason to give to me brother in law to swap my old 201, and I'd have that back.
