What's the difference apart from the clocking ability?
Why does D0 clock so much better?

I don't understand why they respin another stepping?
 
Good question, I'd be interested in the structural change. Google pretty much just throws up D0 is better, with occasionally D0 runs hotter.

Links anyone?
