Difference Between C7 and C9?

Hi guys,

I am looking at purchasing the Titan Viper around May/June time, but am wondering if there would be any noticable difference between the 6GB of Corsair XMS3 12800-C9 (that comes with the system), or the XMS3 12800-C7, which is available from OcUK but costs around £40 more?

I've read on the internet that there isn't much difference between C7 and C9, but just wanted to see what you guys think!
