difference between combi wardrobe and wardrobe?

what is the difference between these two wardrobes? they both look identical in the pictures, but have different prices.

One's a combi.

If you read the page, you should discover:

You will need 2 x linen doors and 1 x linen drawer pack. Can be used with any door style
You will need 1 x full height door, 1 x linen door and 1 x combi drawer pack. Can be used with any door style
