Difference between GeIL 2GB PC6400 & PC5300

I'm in the middle of working out a new set up and i'm wondering if also I would notice much of a difference between
GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC6400 800MHz Value DDR2 Dual Channel Kit (GX22GB6400DC) (MY-063-GL) ( which is out of stock at the moment)

And

GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC5300 667MHz Value DDR2 Dual Channel Kit (GX22GB5300DC) (MY-034-GL)


Looking to run it on a DS4 with either Intel Core 2 DUO E6400 or E6300

If your planning on overclocking then the 6400 ram be much better as will allow higher mhz
