Just been looking to get a legal copy of Windows XP Pro x64 SP2 and there seems to be 2 different types, the Disk Kit seems to be drastically cheaper. What's the different will the Disk Kit's work with installing the OS on a new system build?

Windows XP Professional English/Multi-Language Disk Kit is only for use with the appropriate Microsoft Open Business / Open Volume Licences and Academic Open Standard / Academic Open Volume English Multi-Language Licences. The media kit itself contains no licence to use the software, and cannot be purchased as a stand-alone product.
