Difference between OEM and Retail?

I'm going to order Windows 7, and I want to know whats the difference between the OEM and Retail. I plan to do a fresh install and use 64bit.

OEM is locked (in a license sense) to the first motherboard it is installed onto. Retail can be installed onto multiple systems / motherboards but only one at a time.
