Difference between Q6600 and X3220?

As far as I can tell these 2 CPU's are the same.

The Q6600 & X3220, but Im sure there must be some difference, anybody know what it is?
 
the xeon uses higher grade sillicon, this is so that the cpu is more 'stable' (good for servers, and has the potential for better clocks)

thats basically it...

There's no evidence to that on these chips, they both overclock much the same.
