Difference between T5750 & T7300?

T5750 -2Ghz 667FSB 2Mb L2
T7300 - 2Ghz 800FSB 4Mb L2
T7300 would be fairly better, depending on application etc.. i don't see much of a difference between the 667 and 800FSB versions though tbh. Also if this is an upgrade i think you'd need a laptop with the 965 mobile at least for 800FSB chip.
