difference between the 560ti and 560 OC?

For example:

Both have identical specs, but the Ti's £20 more than the OC, why? Would it be that the OC is already clocked so won't go much higher and the Ti has more leg room?

I believe the first link has incorrect specs listed. If it is a non ti version, it won't have that many shaders, for one.

the difference is 48 more stream processors on a Ti and they overclock a little better.
