Difference Between The Two...?

What is the difference between these two GFX 480's?

The one with the longer warranty is the lower priced one, so I'm guessing it's something to do with the Asus / Gigabyte part?
If so could someone explain this to me?

ocuk was able to secure some asus stock for a good price, that's all

plus free fary cry 2 no difference except for the companys ( asus & gigabyte )

both have 3 years warranty so defo go for Asus
