Difference between these 2 switches

Started messing about with a home server and looking at getting gigabit throughout... Looking at 2 Netgear ones but can't see what difference there is between them..

GS105UK Netgear GS105 5-port Gigabit Ethernet Switch

GS105E-100UKS Netgear ProSafe Plus 5 Port Gigabit Ethernet Switch

There is a £1 difference, they look slightly different but what about the specs??

Get the GS105E-100UKS.

The only reason to get it over the other one is that it will shut down idle ports. This will save more than the £1 difference over the life of the device.

The 'E' version has basic management too
