Difference between these?

There is no difference apart from the first having potentially better overclockability (which doesn't amount to much in actual apps) due to the heatsink fins. Oh, and the price of course.

...............just to jump on this thread my pc was ordered with XMS3 DHX but has arrived with just XMS3.
I can see on the corsair website that they are different. I am presuming the DHX part means they should be better or more expensive?
What i mean is should i be asking for some money back if they have fitted me with cheaper ram.
I cant find any shopps selling both types so i am unable at this moment to see if the DHX is more expensive.
Thanks.

I think its just the heatspreaders.

I really wish that ram companies could start writing which ram chips each poduct uses into the specification.
