Difference between these?

Could anyone give me some insight as to why these monitors are all different prices? Is there much difference between them to warrant the extra cost? I know the Benq is slightly bigger but ignore that.

Also whichever one of these I buy along with a new rig what adapters/cables do I need for it to run at 120Hz? Will be for a GTX670.
