Difference between US and UK

Cheers for the replies, The return button seems to be smaller. Could I still use the £ sign on a US layout if my computer keyboard settings are still set to the UK layout?

Also if i order a US keyboard layout online and i cannot get used to the keys mainly Return can i send it back under the Distance Selling Act? (There's no UK layouts back in stock until after Christmas... My 50% discount expires before then; Logitech G19)

I'm buying from the Logitech Store due to me having a 50% discount voucher. They don't have the G19 (UK) in stock until after christmas... Voucher only lasts a month. So if my computer is set to the UK layout can i still press Shift + 3 for the "£" sign?
 
Might do that, don't really want to wait ages though :/

If i get the US keyboard then change my region and language keyboard settings to UK i should be able to use the £ sign shouldn't i?
