Difference btween OcUK Value and Gigabyte 470

I just phoned up to change the 470 on my order from the MSI one to the Gigabyte due to the price cut. Now I've just realised the OcUK one is £175!!

What's the difference between the Gigabyte and that one? Why the big price difference. Should I try getting the OcUK instead and saving £25?

The price difference is because its an OcUK promotion with a limited quantity at that price.

Is there a difference between the cards themselves though? Other than the fact that the Gigabyte has a slightly higher clock speed.

Oh nevermind..just realised it's a web only offer. My order was done over the phone.
