Difference in cooling paste?

Hiya guys

I've ordered an E8400, and a tuniq tower.
The tower comes with its own cooling paste stuff.

Is this good enough? Or shall I get some of that arctic silver?

What do you mean the line method?

Has anyone got any tips on applying the paste?

Hang on. Some people are saying the Tuniq stuff is rubbish, others are saying it makes no difference.
Then we have a guy who tested everything from Arctic silver to toothpaste, and found no difference!

So many opinions!

I'm thinking, as long as I apply it well, and all holes are covered on the contact patch, it shouldn't make much difference.

So I might stick with the tuniq stuff.
Unless I switch on, and the temps are 50c without overclocking! Then I might think about shelling out that extra £4!
