Difference in FPS (Please help)

Big Difference in FPS Between these two videos similar specs except this guys has a vega 56 which is giving more fps than the guy with the 1080ti is this due to his ram being better?

3900x Vega 56 with G Skill F4-4000C17-16GTRS , 2x8GB @ 3770MHZ CL14

3900x 1080 ti T-Force Night Hawk RGB DDR4 32GB 3200MHZ CL16

Yes but Call of duty has Warzone built into Modern Warfare, but the mode they are both playing is Warzone.
