difference in temps (cores)

It is not uncommon for one core to be working much harder than another core, and if it is working harder it will be hotter. What is load on each core?
 
Looks a little odd to me, shouldnt there be a core-3 also? I've had cores been different temps when some dust or hard thermal compound was mixed in with my new compound without me noticing causing the cooler to make poor contact. Reapplying paste sorted it for me.

I suspect its more likely just speed fan reading the wrong sensor though, have you tried any other programs, hwinfo64, realtemp etc?
 
just wanted to update. I took the cooler off and applied new thermal paste and reseated it and the temps are very close now :)
