What are the key differences or which one is better?

Also..is it even worth upgrading from a 970 to a 980TI?
Seeing as the price is quite wide lol. I mainly play BF4,cs:GO, and a load of other high graphic single player games. But would it make a big difference to my gameplay, FPS etec

The key differences are that Zotac has way better customer service & longer warranty. I wouldn't even look at the Inno3D. Though I would say that for what you play, kinda pointless move to go from a 970 right now.

I would also hang fire for a while, i had a 970 and had no issues maxing most games at 1080P above 60 frames.

144 i believe, its the AOC 24" gsync mon

If it were 60 I'd say hang fire, but at that refresh rate the extra grunt from the 980Ti wouldn't go amiss, unless you get CPU bottleneck at that res.
