Differences in Xbox360 chipsets

Hi all

In work i use xbox360's to stream tv content from a set top box to a PC running win7 media center.

I have 2 xbox's, one a US version with the Zephyr chipset and an Europe one with the Jasper chipset.

When streaming content from the US version (the older chipset) picture is perfect, but when streaming the same content from the EU version with the Jasper chipset, the picture stutters.

Could this be a difference with the chipsets?

in theory the jasper should be the better of the 2 as its newer, cooler running and a smaller process I believe?

Not sure why its stuttering though? are both the consoles connected to the same source with the same cable and connected to the network in the same way (netwrok settings included)
