Different between these 2 cards

EVGA GTX 670 vs GeForce GTX 780
What is the difference and what works out better?

Guessing GTX 670 because there have been a lot of popular games using this card.

Nearly all games are backward compatible with a 670 and a 780. The 780 is a faster graphics card that can handle higher settings on newer games, the 670 is a good card for 90% of games with a mix of high and ultra settings, where as the 780 is good for ultra settings on 99% of games.

GTX 780 is a high end card. GTX 670 is now a mid range card.

If you game on a monitor @ a resolution of 1920x1080 or higher GTX 780 below 1920x1080 go for a lesser spec card like a GTX770. Be aware GTX 670 is a few years old now. GTX 7xxx series is only about a year old.

Post the rest of your specs here then we can see if you have the system to support a GTX 780 as some low power PSU will not be enough to power a GTX 780 so upgrades become more costly

It's worth noting that the 770 is technically quite old now as it's basically a 680 with an overclock, and really isn't worth going for.
