Different chances of O/C these two CPU's ?

I've got two 2500XPM Athlons, and I wondered if there is any likelihood of differences between the overclocks they might give me ?

They are:

Green Substrate:
axmh2500fqq4c 2398975840513
iqyha 0408rpmw

Brown Substrate:
axmh2500fqq4c t840315a40549
iqyha 0405spmw

I'm off to do some googling, but wondered if any of the O/C gurus here might have a view ?

To be honest both are likely to be excellent, I had two IQYHAs one did 2.7ghz the other 2.75ghz at 1.85V on water.
